Upper School Exam Schedule

Exams will begin on Tuesday, May 14^th and run through Thursday, May 16^th. Students should report to homeroom at 8:00 a.m.  The first exam will run from 8:15-10:15 and the second exam will run from 10:30-12:30. There will be a break for all upper school students from 10:15-10:30 each day. After the second exam, students are allowed to leave for the day.  School dress code does apply to exam days.

Please note that lunch WILL NOT be served for Upper School students May 14-16. Snacks will be available for purchase in-between the 2 exams.

Students will be required to remain in their classroom throughout the first exam period (8:15-10:15) as not to disturb other students taking exams. Please make every accommodation for your student not to be on campus unless they have an exam. Those students who must be on campus but do not have an exam or transportation will report to the gym to be supervised.

Pre-arranged absences for family trips will not be considered for nine weeks tests and semester exams except for extreme circumstances (refer to Absentee Policy). A student who misses a nine weeks test or semester exam for an acceptable reason such as personal illness, death in the family, or an emergency, must complete a make-up test in accordance with the school’s attendance policy. Students who are late for a nine weeks test or semester exam have only the remaining time to complete the exam unless there are extenuating circumstances.
